Its such a strange profession. Strange in various ways and dont want to discuss all those. But advocacy / legal profession is the strangest job of the world though in a good manner too !! I dont want to enumerate examples because it will spoil the greatness of this thought (my own thought certified by myself, isnt itself a proper example of strangeness and weirdness ) !!
You have to do the things which you know are wrong/false/illegal and may be sometimes immoral too. But you take it as a part of the job. You know what you are doing in order to espouse the case of your client is ridiculous, you let yourself draw with the strange stream. You neither try to stop it nor feel sorry for that. In stead you consider yourself a victim !! and thats the peak of the strangeness of this job.
I will reveal one such example when it happens and a fresh strange event !!

One view, many thoughts !
It is strange how everybody would see the same thing and still different thoughts would come to different minds !
In diwali holidays, we went to Dholavira, a site showing a destroyed ancient Harrapan culture village situated in a very backward area, in fact very near to the border of the country and situated in desert.
The state government is constructing a highway to reach the place. However that work is very far from over as usual though.
When I was watching the condition of road, drinking water, various thoughts came in my mind. If a politician would have been there, he would have thought that there an opportunity to make so many promises to the people and a large vote bank can be created. Same way, an infrastructure company would see great business and an investor would think well we should invest in infrastructure company as there is no dearth of work for them. They can do business in this country for at least a 100 years (at the pace at which infrastructure gets developed in this country !)
One road, different eyes, million sides of thought !
By the way, when I saw the remains of the village, its well planned and well built up administration caught the eye. I wrote in the visitors book that the Town Planning Officers of the State Government should pay a visit there in order to see that their town planning (pursuant to the earthquake in Kachchh District after 2001) is worse than the 500 years old town planners !!

New Year, New Start
New year, new morning and the first ever day of a new month. I wish that should be an appropriate time to start the blog which I, very enthusiastically initiated some time ago. Anyways, a beginning is a beginning, howsoever late !!
According to the Vikram Samvat, the New Year has started with lots of hope. Hope coz there were natural and human calamities. Economic slowdown, floods, quake, bomb blasts, typhoons and more. All conceivable bad events did happen the last year. Let's hope that the dark cloud has a silver lining to it and all situation may, if not reversed, gets changes somewhat in the next year to the positive side, including my laziness to write, to read and in somewhat degree, to learn !!
I also hope that Court work also gets along in a more speedy way, than was the last some months ! If the Court work keeps getting adjourned, opportunity to learn decreases. It affects, definitely.
Diwali days were certainly a fun and joy period. Yogeshkaka and family's visit at the home was great, all made excited by the great Panshul !!
